Role Description

• Part Time (15 hrs per week) 

• Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with customer queries

• Booking jobs with customers and scheduling them for our engineers

• Ordering parts for jobs and maintaining stock levels for the team

• Organising and assigning daily jobs to engineers

• Tracking job progress and ensuring records are kept up to date. 

• Keeping customers up to date and maintaining customer relationships

• General administration tasks

• Assisting with ensuring accounts are up to date
   

Salary

• Dependent on experience.

• £20,000 - £23,000 per annum (FTE) pro rata

Qualifications/Experience

• Experience in Commercial Laundry and Dishwasher industry.

• Knowledge of commercial laundry manufactures.

• Full UK clean driving license (essential)

• Gas Certified (preferred)

• Electrical qualifications (preferred)
